Ivy was amazing here! I walked in with no appointment during the afternoon on a Saturday and she took me! I needed a full gel set asap for a wedding I’m in. I showed her a photo of a design and she delivered. Every step of the way she asked if the colour, shape, design, was good before continuing. Plus she was super personable and fast. Know that they use tips for gel and it’s an additional $5 per two nails for design. Would recommend to book with Ivy! See reference photo and then actual nails. I was a regular customer here for years. After receiving services at this salon, I developed a plantar wart on my foot that I am still dealing with five years later. While I cannot prove where it came from, this experience raised serious concerns for me about hygiene and sanitation practices. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon. BAD BAD EXPERIENCE!

Took a chance trusting the lady who attended to me to do my gel nails design well but she just did a basic thing and charged me more. Also, she didn’t really allow me to express myself, the rest of the staff were gossiping about customers in their language and I could hear them (thinking some customers won’t hear them because they weren’t speaking English). You’d pay so much and won’t receive what you expected to make you happy. Not satisfied with their service and won’t be returning.
